Juvenile Law

Whether you are a juvenile being adjudicated for a crime or a parent having to deal with the juggernaut of DHS - Child Protective Services, Meghan understands your needs. For the majority of my career I have been an advocate for parents and children in juvenile court. I intimately understand how to work with DHS and within the juvenile justice system to reach results that bring families back together. I also have experience representing foster parents that would like to adopt a child placed with them but, due to policy, DHS is not exploring them as an adoptive resource. In addition to my work in the courtroom, I also developed juviwiki.com, which is a website that provides information on the most recent news in juvenile law for practitioners in Oregon.
